GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Sileona and any buyer making a purchase on the website beaute-jathiyashopping.com.

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Sileona reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 3 — Payment Methods

Payment is made online using the payment methods offered at checkout, such as bank card or other available options. The order is validated after payment confirmation.

Article 4 — Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery times are given for information purposes only. In the event of a delay, the seller will inform the buyer as soon as possible.

Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Article 6 — Legal Guarantees

All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, lasting 2 years, under Articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.

Article 7 — Personal Data

The data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.

Article 8 — Disputes and Mediation

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the buyer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator. French law shall apply.
